The Alabama Scholastic Press Association, sponsored by The University Of Alabama, seeks to empower K-12 newspaper, yearbook, newsmagazine, literary magazine, and broadcast staffs across the state of Alabama.

 

The ASPA hosts a handful of events each school year and provides students and advisors with a great deal of information. Becoming a member of the ASPA provides each member publication with ASPA publications and services, the ability to participate in ASPA's judging and critique service, as well as discounted rates for the state convention and summer camp.
